Abignet, Inc.. (“Abignet, Inc..”) shares your concerns about maintaining the privacy of personal information collected on the Internet. The following Privacy Policy discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices of Abignet, Inc. in connection with Abignet, Inc.. websites (including all web and internet properties with the “avoninteractive.com” domains) (collectively, the “Site”). Use of the Site constitutes consent to Abignet, Inc.’s collection and use of personal data as outlined herein.
1. SCOPE. This policy covers how Abignet, Inc. treats personal information that Abignet, Inc. collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Site.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM SITE USERS; COOKIES. Abignet, Inc. provides services and Content through the Site and, generally, does not use the Site for the sole purpose of collecting personal information from users. Please note, however, that Abignet, Inc. cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to/from Abignet, Inc.. via the Site or e-mail. Accordingly, Abignet, Inc. is not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet.

6. ACCESS TO AND ABILITY TO CORRECT PERSONAL DATA. Upon request via postal mail or e-mail, Abignet, Inc. will provide to users a summary of any personal information retained by Abignet, Inc. regarding the user. Users may modify, correct, change or update personally identifiable information that Abignet, Inc. has collected by the Site or may cause their personal record to be removed from Abignet, Inc.’s database by contacting Abignet, Inc.. via postal mail or e-mail to the addresses indicated in paragraph 5 above.
7. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FROM CHILDREN. Abignet, Inc. does not knowingly solicit information from children and we do not knowingly market the Site or its services to children.
8. Abignet, Inc..’s RIGHT TO CONTACT USERS. Abignet, Inc. reserves the right to contact users of the Site who have provided Abignet, Inc. with contact information, unless they opt-out of such communication as provided in paragraph 5 above.
